Valor Energy Group Ltd has acquired Aberdeen based electrical engineering specialist North Sea Power Solutions (V-TES) in a seven-figure deal.
The acquisition sees V-TES become the third company to join the Valor Energy Group in the past year. Adding the services of V-TES compliments the current engineering offering within the Group.
Established in 2012 by Managing Director Graeme Harper, V-TES deliver world class electrical and procurement services to the energy industry. Employing a dedicated core team of 12 staff, the business has seen continual growth since its inception due to the high standard of engineering and technical support offered across its range of services, which include HV/LV Switchgear and Distribution, Multi-Service Rope Access, Rotating Equipment & Condition Monitoring.
Graeme Harper comments “At V-TES we have progressively built a dynamic and successful solutions-based business. Our highly skilled and enthusiastic team has ensured that the company has gone from strength to strength while delivering against client expectations on projects undertaken”.

Valor Energy Group, headquartered in Aberdeen, foresee that 2019 will be a year of strong progress for the Group. As part of the ongoing strategy, Valor will look to drive growth, including the internationalisation of V-TES, capitalising on existing Middle East contracts, and maximising the impact of V-TES in the region.
